With all the information out there I am in a permanent state of confusion!

I came to the same conclusion, I also think my symptoms were die-off. The good thing about die-off is that it doesn't last too long. I am taking a supplement called 'Hep 194' from Biocare, to assist my liver cope with the toxins. It's got milk thistle amongst other things. You might find that helpful. Actually I started these a month before the antifungals.
