just quickly stepping in here, work is v busy so can't stop long!


Barry, gravel it may or may not be, but I don't know if I had any success
this time with flush 2 and today, being Tuesday after the flush on Friday
night/Saturday I had the threat of an attack (a tiny amount of pain that
went away)... that was pretty disappointing, I expected to be pain free for
a lot longer than just a couple of days - I am starting to fear that perhaps
I have opened a can of worms starting this flushing thing, and perhaps I
should have left it alone - I am not interested in Epsom Salts and olive oil
for the rest of my days!


Overreaction that may be, but I have yet to see good results from flushing..
Words of encouragement welcome people!!!

Only gravel? Do a flush now before those grains grow into something
that won't flush out!!! Go for it. Clean while you still can.
