Really appreciate all your advice.
It happened to me because I was treating my Acne with Antibiotics . Ignorant I was to think that topical Antibiotics wouldn't contaminate my body!
Yep, I rushed to a health food store and asked its owner how to treat yeast infection.
She gave me a brochure by holistic doctor and explained what I need to do. I bought probiotics plus yeast defender that consists of capriatiac acid plus other ingredients that fight candida. In addition to that I got suppositories that will help me with accute syptoms.
I was also told to eleminate all sugars, fruit and fruit juices, dairy product, potatoes, alcohol, coffee and bread that has yeast.
Her recommendation was to stick to this diet for 6 months or even a year.

I am glad I found this site.
I really believe that holistic medicine works.
