Unfortunately, I didn't see much result from the CS. It was then that I decided to try the Acid/Clay/Psyllium method. I strated noticing results within 24 hours. My rashes were minimized. It has been about 2 weeks and, with the exception of a few days where I ate some refined Sugar products and had a small rash, the rashes have basically all disappeared. I found this method on a web site. The site tried to promote their product but I thought I would try it myself using the clay, acid, and psyllium purchased locally. They warned that the process would have to continue from 3-12 months. I think I'll keep mine going for 3 months and see how I feelk at that point. So far, so good.

I'm not knocking anyone who has tried CS but my sources at the local health food store and other major suppliers agree that CS has not thoroughly been proven yet, That doesn't mean it doesn't work but since Caprylic Acid has a good history of fighting Candida, I thought I'd try it.
