I agree, this is a good idea. Perhaps a forum on exercise, in general, or weight training/muscle conditioning. Exercise is the often-forgotten missing element of healthful living, along with cleanses and healthful eating. I am really interested in the topics of exercise, muscle training, and vegetarian sources of protein.
