I have to agree Skylah...the link you posted is true true true!! I read that internet article too and what did it do? Make me FEARFUL!! I thought we were supposed to get away from fear? What happens when you are filled with fear? You invite it to you and....ugh....you see everything through that veil of fear. No good. How will you heal yourself if you're vibrating at 'fear'? Impossible.

I really don't think that article should be up there on the 'support' health side of this site. Not at all.
