That's because it's checked right away when it occurs.
But its still occurs.
There's also the people that stop in and blast Hulda and others, etc. These are dealt with asap. I do believe that personal attacks should be removed which forces people to stick to the issues. That is what I've been saying all along. Worth a try?
Passion can also be seen as some by anger.

Case in point. Look below at Alrightalready's post. Good example of an attack. How long would that remain in another forum? Not long I suspect.
