Hi Cathay:

Good post. I like your ideas. I too have a hard time believing that most people couldn’t come up with a dollar a month. It just isn’t that much money. And I may be wrong, but how can people in that low of an income range afford to be on the internet in the first place. And if they aren’t, how can they even use the forums.
