Well, it is now 11am the next day, and I had my first morning dose of salts
at 10am (this was because I was worried about having to dash off somewhere
unknown during my son's soccer game)

Agnes, this comment of yours relieved me... I still have not had any
movement down below and was getting worried. It is amazing how much
difference it makes - instead of 4tsbp of Epsom Salts in 3 cups of water I
am doing 3tbsp in 3cup applejuice/water mix. This is because I had such a
powerful reaction to the ES last time!

I stayed awake last night for most of the night, but for different reasons
this time - this time I felt very nauseous and wanting to heave a couple of
times but didn't. Strange I thought, as I didn't have any problems getting
the oil down.

The Epsom Salts in apple juice is marginally better but still pretty foul!

I am going to try the colander trick Agnes... (as long as hubby doesn't spot
me!!!!) and photo anything of interest!

It's nice to be able to share this with people, hearing how others go helps
me know that what happens for me is ok and within the norm.

More reports later!
