ps - I forgot to ask... it said to have a fat free breakfast and lunch
today - I had lavash (flat bread) with philadephia cream cheese (just a
little bit!) and about 1/4 of an avacado on it... I wasn't organised enough.

After this, am I wasting my time doing the flush, or does it have any effect
at all?
