no, we have no forum in English and while I did the google-search I was surprised that following my results only two forums on Amalgam exist. The one in Germany for three years now and this one.
I do not know Max Danderer personally but as far as I now, he is a very special man. I dont' know, how his English is. I am a patient who just recovered from amalgam-posoning. I have studied veterinary medicine.
You ask about gold-fillings. Daunderer says no Gold after Amalgam. I think he is right.

http://www.amalgam-info.ch/engel.htm It has been translated into English, so don't worry! ;-))))) He lives in an area, where people could not afford gold after amalgam. His success-rate ist more or less 80%. Note that the patients all wanted to have the fillings removed. He did not recommend it, found it unnecessary in the beginning. He just decided, if the patients wanted to have the fillings removed, that he would take his notes about their health-status. Now you can read the results.
Concerning your questions concerning toxicology, you could mail them to me, if you want. Nevertheless it depends on what level the questions are, if I know somebody who could answer. e.sb@gmx.ch
