I have seen people smoke in front of a baby, exhaling into the babes face- disgusting ignorant and evil it is.

Please also take some time looking at various things here which can help your lungs, such as the Colloidal Silver forum, and the many cleanses. Maybe you can reverse the damage with some of the protocols outlined here. There is a wealth of information by people of knowledge in alternative therapies.
