I am sure the friendly folks here will offer advice on diets/cleanses, etc., and these measures are critically important to your condition.

I would also like to suggest the use of pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy. I have personally observed swift recoveries from hip replacement (6 weeks) and have read research where the use of PEMF therapy eliminated the need for hip replacement altogether.
