I am new to this. I've only been on it for three days. I am having trouble with the salt water. A glass is all I can get down and a whole quart is impossible. Also, I forgot about the laxative tea. Where does one get this? How bad would it be if I don't do all the salt water? Do you know? Basically, I am trying to loose weight. Besides having allergies, asthma, psoriasis, and hypothyroid I am in fine heath. Any advice?
