I am new to this forum with alternative health techniques and procedures in mind. I have started to make and use my own Colloidal Silver recently, and in the research of CS, have found many interesting and fascinating approaches toward health.

I am very interested in the liver/gallbladder cleanse, but am rather apprehensive. Should I start out slow with the Epsom Salts /lemon/olive oil? In what proportions should I start out?

What may leave my body is really rather scary, but better out than in, eh? I also read about the Black-Walnut hulls in attacking the parasites. How is this taking and in what form?

I would like to undertake this procedure this weekend. Thank you all for your information.
