Hello. I have done the cleanse a couple of times. After my success the first time about 6 other people in my family decided to do it also. Among them is my 16 year old sister. She loved it! She went on it for a week one time and then 10 days another time. She probably doesn't have very much toxin build up in her body, so I think 7-10 days is fine. She loved it though, she felt great, lost some weight, and it helped her change some bad eating habits. I hope this helps.
