Hi!

I had success with Psoriasis when I went on raw, living vegan foods for nine months. I had a Psoriasis outbreak when I started on the diet. It took some time for it to go away, not sure how long, maybe a month or two??? But it never returned during the time I was eating raw foods. Psoriasis outbreaks came again once I returned to the SAD.

Now I am having the most severe outbreak ever, it is over about 50% of my scalp and I have had some pustules come out of nowhere on my back. This does not normally happen to me. Also, today I am experiencing some muscle fatigue in my arms!

I do not have a diagnosis for anything other than psoriasis, but suspect other related issues are present. I have joint issues from time to time.

Man, that raw food is looking good to me again!
