I believe most of mine was caused from indigested food and toxins because I have those problems. I hope it is something we can reverse but I am sure if it takes years to get so polluted it is possible that it will take awhile with eating right and continued cleansing. I have the EBV virus which doesnt' help because it lowers your immunity. Its all devasting to our health.
