I have really bad eczema on legs, arms, hands and never used to have this bad, my naturist says is a healing crisis, so to help the itch, redness and pain, i have been doing this bath for two weeks with no results just no itch. But i would think that 3 times a week is more than enough, Vinegar can bleach the skin if used too much. How much salt do you use? I think the salt is safe to use every day. What other regimen are you following? diet? or do you take supplement?
