Hi Karen,

I wanted to give you the info on the probotic my husband is using in conjunction with the P&B shakes. It is called Ultimate Flora (50 billion cultures per capsule)by Renew Life. I paid $34.95 for the bottle and there is30 capsules in it. From what I've heard it is one of the best on the market.
