Ideally you want to fast for a while preferably on Water or Water/Urine ideally due to the added bonus of Glutamine for at least 3 days preferably a lot more. Then for 3 days you could try just taking water, slippery elm, marshmellow root, Glutamine. Hopefully you can sort it out! I will let people know my doings once I sort it hopefully soon ;(
