2tuff, I enjoy reading your post. I see them on so many different forums.

Sometimes you are just as your handle states - Too Tough - and I love it! Sometimes medicine needs to be strong and you don't mess around. The truth is always best and you are good at sharing it. I appriciate that.

I have Psoriasis and found turmaric to be helpful.

I am getting ready to experiment with slippery elm paste. Not sure how much to use for the paste or how many times per day or if it needs to be taken alone or with other foods.

I will post my blog later on what I learn.
