Of course ocean bathing would give relief! You need minerals and the ocean is where to get them. Remember when people would take extended trips to the ocean when they weren't well? It's because the ocean air has minerals and the water is salt/sodium. An organic sodium the body sucks up when it needs it. We get 80% of our minerals through the air and the ocean is a storehouse of minerals. We are all deficient in minerals and yet they are the cheapest way back to health. Glad you're much better!
