I have a friend who has had Psoriasis for many years. She attends hospital etc and takes natural remedies.
However the question I would like to ask is about salt. She puts salt on everything and I mean everything. She actually salts her food before she tastes it! Even lovely home made organic soups.
I would like to copy and print out an answer from here to show her that this is not only wrong in the first place but it is especially bad from a sufferer of this condition.
