APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. Sounds a bit mad taking this i know, but ive tried most things and now summers here again i'm a bit desperate. It would just be nice to wear short sleeved tops and skirts again. I will let you know any progress made. I'm not applying it to my skin, just taking it internally. Two tablespoons in the morning mixed with a little water then the same at night.
