Every person is different. Not everyone can tolerate milk (even raw, unprocessed).

If your body is telling you that it is not god for you ("I have cramps in my gut and diarrhea"), then listen to your body for god sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No site, no science, no book, no amount of words can tell you better what is good for you then your own gut.

Listen to your body! Listen to your intestines!

Humans are not identical clones. Each one of us is unique and some of us can not tolerate milk.

Some people who can't tolerate milk, are able to tolerate yogurt or Kefir or some other product of bacterial action.
