Hi everyone, I'm taking Slippery Elm as well as Kalawalla caps and I think there is a very slight improvement in my Psoriasis' But the instructions on the packets of the Slippery Elm [ unmalted to help keep my weight down ] that I am buying from Holland and Barrett state that it should be made with HOT MILK.
