I read about your ACV yesterday and ordered my boyfriend to go out and get me a bottle of this miracle liquid! However, he bought Cider Vinegar- is this the same?? I know cider is made from apples but on this forum, it is referred to as apple cider vinegar and not just cider vinegar. Also I went to the health food shop this morning and ACV is much much more expensive than the cider vinegar he picked up from the supermarket.

Also- how much honey to vinegar? and is blended honey ok?

Questions questions....!!
