I was in the same situation. At age 18 I had some skin problems such as psoriasis, excema, and dandruff. The skin on both sides of my nose was peeling with yellow scales. The dermatologist didn't tell me the problem was nutrition and he just gave me topical medicine to put on to suppress the symptoms.

It wasn't until 8 years later that I discovered living food nutrition. I used raw and living foods, fasting, raw juices, and homeopathic medicine to completely heal my skin. I wrote a little about it on my website at
