I did read an article about raw milk which stressed upon the same fact. There was also a testimonial about a person who cured several diseases by resorting to raw milk instead of pasteurized milk. However, there are other articles which stress on the importance of pasteurization and advise against raw milk. So I am confused and am planning to avoid all forms of cow's milk and use soya milk.

Does anyone know if goat's milk has similar side-effects
