Hi Nigel - thats a really good post. I suffer from P and think we might have a mutual aquaintance who recommended the ACV to me. I've only been taking it for a week now (2 tbsps a day) - its a bit early yet to see if its affecting the P, although I have noticed the patches on my elbows are clearing - I can feel clear skin on my funny bone for the first time in months! There has been some slight difference in my bowel movements though so it must be doing some good!
