I only started taking Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey mornings and without honey, evenings, every day about 2 weeks ago and already I am feeling different!!!

I was recommended to ACV by my employer who has PSORIASIS.and has had it since 1987!! He has tried virtually every type of convential type of treatment and nothing has really worked Thats ultra light therapy,steroid creams and other creams,ointments.U name it and he has tried it. I understand that it is considered to be "incurable"!!

He belongs to the UK Psoriasis Forum that has over 3000 members and every spare moment he gets he is sending and receiving email messages giving advice and taking advice from people that have only just got it or people who feel like giving up life because they just cannot cope with it!! But at last by a stroke of luck or shall we say an answer to a prayer he came across ACV.

He has been taking it now for 6 weeks and only after 3 weeks "certain things were starting to happen"!! He has P, as its known to people with it,on his scalp,in his ears,on his neck,on his chest,on his arms,on his elbows,on both his thighs,on his knees,on his bottom and his privates!! But now the raised red scaly scabs are starting to disappear and the areas of red are thinning out and small amounts of normal skin are taking there place.When ever he shaves he always used to cut the
scabs on his chin and then he would bleed. That bleeding stopped yesterday after he shaved!! Other things have happened to him quite recently. He has stopped snoring and when he wakes up in the morning he can get straight out of bed and feel refreshed.He phoned me up yesterday evening to say that "he just could not believe it" but his grey hair has started to turn back into black its original colour!!!

He has posted a message on his P Forum stating all what I have stated here and he has put photos of his body parts showing what has happened but only a few members have taken any notice!! So I am hoping who ever reads this memo of mine and knows someone that has P that they inform them of it as soon as possible. The Cyder Vinegar that we both use is Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar. I am a quite fit and healthy 67 year old male and I have discovered that if I take 2 desert spoonfulls of ACV and half a desert spoon full of Pure Clear Honey just before I get on my indoor bike. I am able to cycle at quite a fast speed for 30 mins and do just under 6 miles.I always used to have to slow down as I got hit by lactic acid in my legs but now it does not happen!!! All down to ACV and the honey.
