im amazed.
i've been to the doctors many times over the past 10 years and only one told me it was psoriasis, but since then all the others, even at the ear clinic, I've not been given any "name".
It is exactly the same. It is unbearable. My present doctor (and others) told me i must stop using cotton buds as it spreads a fungus around? or bacteria or something, she said it would make it worse. Well i tried that for a couple of weeks and it was horrible, my ears filled up with wet stuff (watery )on the surface and when finally did use a cotton bud it was smelly. yuk.
i also get excessive skin everyday and also remove it with my nails, and this does cause my ears to be scratched and sore much of the time.
The doctor at the ear clinic suggested a tiny bit of almond oil each day, this soothes a wee bit but
my other doctor said the moisture would create more problems.
I also find that my ears doon't produce wax.
when my present docor gave me a little steroid spray, my life changed. for 3 or 4 weeks, i had normal ears! no flakes, no itching...and best of all WAX! loads of it.
I think i will try the homeopathic remedies as these may help in a general way.
Lets report back in a wee while to see eh?1
