This post should be somehow placed at the top of thread constantly! Is it the truth on how to cure yourself.

The only thing I would add is that i would start this regime with a 3 days apple diet. Literally u just eat as manyapples as youlike for 3 deays, and drink 100% pure apple juice (not from concentrate). Plus 2 litres of water. Thats it NO OTHER FOOD JUST APPLES. If u prefer u can stew them.

My skin hlved in severity in three days using the apple diet.
