Hi Tom,

Thank you so much for sharing those valuable information on how to ease psoriasis.

Regarding Vitamin A (which is one of the component for the cream to apply which you have recommended), I found that it is very hard for me to get Vit A (In Retinyls form) in my country (can't even find it in GNC)and I can only get pre-Vit A (in the form of Beta Carotene). Fish Oil is definately a no-no for me because I really can;t stand the stinging fish smell.

Could you kindly recommend where can I get Vit A? Probably thru the internet? Or may be some ready made creams which is available in the market which is natural and safe to be used? Heard of some products available in the market such as SkinSaver, which is suppose to be 100% natural...but not sure whether it is effective and whether it does cause any side effects?

Really appreciate your guidance.
