Dear Tomt,
I really hope you or someone that already tried your "cure" can help me. I am really interested in trying but since I am italian there are a couple of things i didn't get. For instance, at lunch time I am allowed to eat just salad and fruit? or can i have rice or some other food allowed in the diet?
About meat, is only organic chicken allowed?
If am not wrong no milk or cheese is permitted isn't?
I would be grateful if anyone can help I would like to start as soon as possible.
