yep...stress can trigger it off..BIG TIME! AND I was told that you can use all the creams and ointments in the world..BUT YOU have to CHANGE eating habits and ELEMINATE STRESS...NOT easy to DO when ya have a STRESSFUL LIFE.
I have a child with special needs, and I can't get rid of stress to save my life.
