I bought some of this today to try it against my Psoriasis. I know the body taking in too much vitamin A can be toxic. The guy at GNC said something to me about beta-carotene which I believe he said blocks excessive amounts of vitamin A. I kind of half listened to him and didn't catch all of it. Is this correct and am I ok since I do take a one-source vitamin which includes beta-carotene?
