Urgh! I tried to a liver/gall stones flush yesterday, using olive oil and lemon juice. I got to about 10 spoons and knew that if I was going to take anymore I would throw it all up again. My belly went rock hard and there was quite a lot of discomfort.

There was no way I could have drunk a pint of the stuff; surely there is a better way?
