According to what I've read, a single flush is rarely adequate to completely flush out all the stones. You may have flushed out a bunch of stones but then put more into more imposing positions which are still waiting to be removed. According to what I've read from Dr. Hulda Clark , after a single flush, stones "at the back" have moved forward but are still lodged in there, needing to be flushed.

Perhaps you should flush a few more times.
