If you have troubles nursing this one, try fenugreek capsules, 3 caps, 3 times a day, and be sure to drink lots of water. The fenugreek has been used for ages to help encourage milk production, and does not harm the baby in any way. It may make both of your urine smell like maple syrup, so be aware of that, and once you start producing enough milk, you can reduce or drop the fenugreek. It's pretty cheap stuff, but very effective, and not a prescription drug.
