Dear Malia,
According to Doctor Richard Anderson, whose book I quoted in my
initial post, mucoid plaque may
appear in a variety of colors.
Here's Doctor Anderson:
"In color, mucoid plaque can be
gray, yellow, green or light green,
or light brown to black, but usually is blackish green, which may indicate a relationship to bile.
Strangely enough, for some people,
the more we cleanse, the lighter the
mucoid plaque becomes. The reason for this may be that new mucoid
plaque is developing as fast as it's
being removed. This could be a sign
that something toxic is still in the
bowel; perhaps pathogenic bacteria,
parasites, or yeast. Or possibly the
bile is still too acid."
There are a number of photos in the
book of mucoid plaque. All the blackish plaque came from the colon.
However, the sample from the upper
intestine is light brown. with a
reddish tinge.
Sounds to me like you've cleansed
your lower intestine of the nasty
old, rubbery, black plaque. Congratulations for that achievement! The lighter colored
plaque is probably coming from your
upper intestine. Unless your body
is still making plaque, because of
a poor eating-regimen, I would think
you'll soon pass the rest of this
newer, lighter-colored plaque. I hope it's soon!
Blessings,
Owen
