Over the past three years my hair has really thinned out.. and Im only 21... it hasnt seemed to have gotten any worse since i started the threelac adn the most I have taken is 2 packs per day.

Can't remember if I posted this before, but I am a type 2 diabetic, have been for about 4 years.. I am not currently on any meds for that and control it with exercise and diet. I wasnt very good this summer, ate way too much sugar, but am now back to the gym routine every day and no Sugar / refined products in my diet.

I dont know how to go about figuring out if I have sytemic candida or what.. doing all those body flushes scares me..

What is Primal defense and how does it differ?
