I'm so sorry you had vertigo. It is one of my symptoms that I have had on and off for several years now. I have not found anything to stop it as of yet. I do take a zanax when it comes on to keep the anxiety level down and help me to sleep thru it. I had one episode that lasted 4 hours. It truly is one of worst things to get thru. There is a type of vertigo that is treatable (benign positional vertigo). Go to Dr. Mercola's website at mercola.com This was on his newsletter this morning. He had some info and a exercise treatment you can do at home if you have this type of vertigo. Mine is not, I have lots of neurological problems that came on with this. I'm finding the Liver Flushing is helping but I have a long way to go. Best of luck. Gayle
