Not sure about the bulb though I think you probably do have to have them near. Don't really know anything about energised water but it sounds really good!! Let me know if you make it and what's it like :)

That's really interesting about the tapes....they sound amazing to have such a dramatic effect. What do you listen to, is it music or sounds? I might well order some myself :) It's so empowering to have something like as it sounds like it's really bringing out the best in you :)

When you say you felt ill when juicing, what symptoms did you have? Juices cleanse the liver and bloodstream quite quickly, esp if you're having 1/2 to 1 pint of juice a day and including greens in there. You might have made up quite a potent mixture so that could explain things. You might get headaches, feel fatigue, irritability, skin problems, that sort of thing. Don't know if juicing might not be good for some people. I know Andreas doesn't really recommend juicing but every practitioner I've ever seen and most things I've read seem to think it's a great way of getting nutrition into the body so I can't really see how it could be harmful, unless you're drinking tonnes everyday and including lots of greens like parsley, watercress etc.
