I was thinking about that whole inches versus weight thing this morning, so I measured myself - the measurements were the same for my waist, but I had put on an inch on my hips! (I don't even bother with my bust - it's always big and saggy)

The weight going to my hips/butt just lends support to my theory of being estrogen dominant - which is basically why I'm cleansing and flushing in the first place. Grrrrrrr. But I'll hang in there and keep doing what I'm doing and maybe sometime soon I'll have a breakthrough!
