Hi Katie!

Well, large amounts of chocolate will knock me out for awhile, yepperz. Fudge especially is really terrible - I just cannot digest it and get the weirdest, most awful cramps! even hot fudge sauce will do this, darnitall! Sigh.

Your diet sounds excellent, just keep on keeping on. This too shall pass!
