LOL! yep, I get really fed up with all dietary restrictions, which is why I usually rock out on the full moon and occasionally on Friday nights too. :)

You can do enemas safely just about every day if you're just flushing the colon with salted water. Retention enemas are a different story however, since they are more medicinal.

Another Liver Flush may help, but only do them once a month, or every 3 weeks at most. The location of the Acne really speaks to lymph congestion, so you want to take care of that first and foremost.
