Okay, top of the cheek is usually all about the lymphs and kidneys. You need more fluids - keep up your bowel cleansing, enemas at least weekly and good fiber meals, but back off of the vitamins for awhile, to give your kidneys a break. Be sure to take in plenty of fluids and do some sweating and other lymph cleansing.
