Oh that comment on hormones doesn't cover every situation! No no no. Usually for most people, thorough Liver Cleansing is all you really need to do to balance the hormones. Add something like Livatone Plus to your regimen and taht should help the PMS symptoms tremendously.

Beware of Flax oil - it is somewhat estrogenic. See if you can find a good EFA oil blend that is only partly flax and mostly something else like borage. Udo's Choice/Prime is good.

Nutritional Deficiencies that contribute to PMS are:
Beta-carotene/vit A, Magnesium, E, B6 and Riboflavin.
